..and welcome to the beautiful Bad Gastein! Our apartment house is quietly located and only a jump away from the city center and the nearest bus stop to the numerous ski and hiking areas. The Stubnerkogelbahn is a 7-minute walk away and is therefore also easily accessible on foot. Stroll through the picturesque setting of the park and end your evening relaxing in the Felsentherme or explore the variety of natural historical and architectural sights of Bad Gastein - there is something for everyone.

Whether alone, as a couple or with the whole family - our apartments offer space for up to 8 people. They are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, shower/bath and toilet, TV, Wi-Fi, a living room to sit together comfortably and partly a balcony or garden to enjoy the panorama. In addition, free public parking is available near the apartment house and we offer you the free use of a ski cellar.

Only 20 meters from the house is the village bakery with tobacconist, where you can get fresh pastries, cakes and snacks.
